The hemp that is enclosed in this package and/or which was used in the products contained in this package, was cultivated in its state of origin by a licensed/registered cultivator. It is compliant with both federal law and the laws of the state in which it originated.

The hemp and/or hemp product contained in this package has been confirmed through analytic testing to contain no greater than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) post-harvest and no greater than 0.3% "Total THC" 30 days prior to harvest, which is defined as the sum of the delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content, and the Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid (THC-A) content, which is the compliance standard set by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and as authorized by the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).

Hemp cultivated under latent "Pilot Programs" established under the 2014 Farm Bill is also lawful if it adheres to the updated testing standards.  Certificates of Analysis (COA) conducted by an independent, and properly licensed third party analytical laboratory are found at the QR code on the reverse side of this document, which indicate that the Total THC concentrations of the hemp and/or hemp product are within the legal threshold.

Current federal law specifically authorizes interstate commerce in, and transportation of, hemp, including all derivatives and extracts therefrom. Section 10114 of the 2018 Farm Bill states:

Interstate commerce:

(b) Transportation of hemp and hemp products. No State or Indian Tribe shall prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp or hemp products produced in accordance with subtitle G of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (as added by section 10113) through the State or the territory of the Indian Tribe, as applicable.
