Refunds & Returns
At CC Cafe, LLC., ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we're committed to making it right.
Under our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you may request a refund or return within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we're unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Unopened Items
Our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows the return of unopened items within 30 days. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the condition you received it, including the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items.
Partial refunds may be issued under specific circumstances.
Opened Items
If you're not satisfied with an opened product, our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not permit a full refund. However, you may be eligible for store credit or a replacement product if you initiate the return within 100 days of purchase.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for products unsellable due to factors beyond our or your control, such as acts of God, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, riots, insurrection, terrorist attacks, government actions, decrees of governmental or military bodies, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, or other force majeure events.
Refunds
Should you be entitled to a refund, we will inform you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Typically, refunds are issued within 2-3 business days, but may take up to 7 business days on occasion.
